What to Expect During your Window Cleaning Appointment

Whether you book your appointment online or via the phone. One of our crew members will review the information and make any necessary changes to your booking. You will received email or text confirmation of your appointment. On the day of our tech will do a walkthrough count the the number of panes and inspect any previous damages.  The booking cordinator will notify you of any changes or damages prior to starting the work. If your window count or the condition of the windows is different then what was booked, we will adjust the price and charge you the difference. You will be notified of any changes.

Need To Reschedule Your Window Cleaning Service?

We get it sometime life take a little turn and we have to change plans. With CR PRO WINDOW CLEANING rescheduling is easy. Any reschedules or cancelations with more then 48 hours notice are free. Anything less then 48 hour noties you will be charged a 25% deposit. Any day off cancelations will result in 100% deposit. If you need to reschedule its $100 reschedule fee.
